  • A non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve your wedding or event date.

  • This retainer secures your time exclusively and is applied toward your total service balance.

  • Your date is not confirmed until your retainer and signed contract have been received.

  • You may add on any service (such as additional guests, extensions, or styling upgrades) up to 4 weeks before your event, as long as time allows.

  • You may also subtract any service up to 4 weeks before your wedding with no cancellation fee.

  • Any changes made after the 4-week mark will incur a 25% adjustment fee.

  • At 4 weeks before your event, your final balance is due in full.

  • If you cancel within 7 days of your event, 50% of your total balance will be refunded

  • If you cancel within 48 hours, you will receive 25% of your total (not including the retainer fee) back.

  • After that window, no refunds will be issued and you will be charged in full, as your time has been reserved exclusively for you.
