We know how special your day is — and we take pride in making sure everything runs smoothly, beautifully, and stress-free.
To provide the best possible service for you and every client, the following booking and cancellation policies apply to all bridal and special event hair appointments.

💎 Securing Your Date

  • A non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve your wedding or event date.

  • This retainer secures your time exclusively and is applied toward your total service balance.

  • Your date is not confirmed until your retainer and signed contract have been received.

💐 Adding or Removing Services

  • You may add on any service (such as additional guests, extensions, or styling upgrades) up to 4 weeks before your event, as long as time allows.

  • You may also subtract any service up to 4 weeks before your wedding with no cancellation fee.

  • Any changes or cancelations made after the 4-week mark will incur a 50% adjustment fee.

💄 Final Payments & Cancellations

  • At 4 weeks before your event, 50% of your remaining balance is due

  • Three days before your Event everything needs to be paid in full

  • If you cancel after 48 hours, No refunds will we be issued, as your time has been reserved exclusively for you.

💋 Important Notes

  • All payments are non-transferable to other artists or dates

  • The retainer fee is always non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.

  • Travel fees and additional costs will be discussed and included prior to final payment.

💖 Special Event Retainer Fee

Secure Your Glam Date ✨

To reserve your special event date, a retainer fee of 250.00 or 25% of the total (which ever is lower) is required at the time of booking.
This fee guarantees your appointment and ensures that your, date and time are held exclusively for you.

💋 Retainer Details

  • The retainer fee is 100% non-refundable.

  • It will be applied toward your total service balance on the day of your appointment.

  • Your date is not secured until this payment has been received and confirmed.

  • If you need to reschedule, your retainer may be transferred once to a new date (based on availability).

  • In the event of a cancellation, the retainer is forfeited.
